Your obligations in maintaining your pph8 account.
4.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pph8 Account login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. pph8 will never request your password via email, SMS, or live chat.
4.2 You are responsible for all activity that occurs on your Account, whether or not authorised by you. If you suspect that your Account has been accessed by an unauthorised person, you must notify pph8 immediately via the live chat support function.

11.3 pph8's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your pph8 Account in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11.4 Nothing in these Terms limits pph8's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.
Grounds for account suspension, closure, and balance treatment.
12.1 pph8 may suspend or close your Account at any time, with or without prior notice, if: (a) you breach any provision of these Terms; (b) pph8 is required to do so by law, regulation, or a regulatory authority; (c) pph8 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity; or (d) pph8 decides to withdraw the platform from operation in your jurisdiction.
12.2 On Account closure, pph8 will, subject to any applicable holds under these Terms, return any Real Money balance to you via your last verified payment method. Bonus Funds are not returnable on Account closure unless otherwise required by applicable law.
12.3 You may close your Account at any time by contacting pph8 support. Account closure requests are processed within five (5) business days. Pending wagers at the time of closure will be settled in accordance with the applicable game rules and any resulting winnings or losses applied before the Account balance is returned.
